Young Leaders development Club has kicked off Good success has been recorded in the execution of the Young Leaders Development project managed by YMCA and sponsored by National Endowment for Democracy. The YLDP peer educators/motivators have progressed to create the young leaders club in the 6 secondary schools involved in the project. Ever since the clubs have fully begun their first term curriculum which covers the following key topics:
1. Leadership concept
2. Types and styles of leadership
3. Public speaking skills
4. Human rights
5. Team work
6. Community service to commemorate the international human rights day.
