New CBO created in Sabon Kaura Community In accomplishment of the YMCA-SFH CIPHAC PROJECT’s agreement, a community based organization (CBO) was created. The name of the organization is the I Care Association (TICA). Since it’s inauguration, TICA has been making impact in the community with some of her services.
